In exercise of the powers
conferred by sub‑rule (1) of rule 5A of the Companies (Central
Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956, and in supersession of the
Notification SO No. 214(E), dated 28‑3‑1984 except as respects
things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central
Government hereby appoints the following authorities as prescribed authorities
for the purposes of clause (a) of sub‑section (1A) of section 108 of the
