Guidelines for filing the form:

1. Register of Members in this form is to be maintained under the Companies Act, 1956, under section 150 of the said Act.

2. If a company is having more than 50 members, this Register should have an index of members as required under section 151 of the Act.

3. Default for not keeping Register of Members is punishable with fine of Rs.500/- for every day during which the default continues.
